The society during the relevant period held the four free medical camps at in various parts of the State of Punjab, besides educating females on health, child care, pregnancy, feticide issues etc.
Society also held various educational activities to impart education including technical education viz. Computer education and other vocational courses to make the youth self dependents. These types of activities is creating a wave of self awakening in the society in large and among the rural and down trodden(slum dwellers) in particulars. The society also distributed learning material among the learners.
Other Social and Philanthropic Activities:
The society, during the relevant period, got the marriages of 20 poor couples and distributed various dowry items like sewing machines, clothes, besides cash in the form of shogun.
The society after each program conducted survey and review to get the feedback and address the problems of the fellows/learners who attended the camps. The society is constantly in touch with the folks who attended the camps for their proper motivation and advancement to make the motto of the society successful.
To ensure maximum welfare of the society. Healthcare, eradication of Child labour and cleanliness in society is the major object of society. Besides keeping the executive members abreast of the routing functioning of the society, it is the sole and exclusive object of the society to undertake welfare scheme involving public interest at large.
Goal Plan of the Society:
Last but not the least; the society would continue to strive to expand the sphere of its social and welfare activities for the uplift of the deprived and neglected section of the society. The society would continue to work with the motto as envisaged by the noted social awakener Swamy Dayanand Saraswati: “Awake, Arise and sleep not till the goal is achieved”. Last but not the least, the society has resolved to make the India corruption free and in this noble endeavor, society will apply its whole hearted efforts to mobilize society at large and to achieve dream India, where no child is deprived of education, no family sans basic amenities of life and no one lives below poverty line and no one dies without proper medical aid. In the end, I convey my thanks from the core to all the members who extended their whole hearted support for the fulfillment of the objectives of the society.
